We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Officer to manage the day-to-day operational functions of Wellbeing Advisor. This role is the backbone of our service — ensuring that clients are welcomed, appointments are managed smoothly, and the team is supported effectively. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key enabler of our clinical team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments across online and in-person channels.
  • Maintain accurate client records and administrative databases.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations including supplies, logistics, and facility management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Liaise with Counsellors and management to facilitate smooth service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or front-office role is preferred; freshers may apply.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent tools.
  • A warm, client-centred approach and a high degree of discretion.
