- To contact the Client or the relevant authority if the Platform or Counsellor has reasonable grounds to believe the Client may pose a serious risk of harm to themselves or others, or is involved in a criminal act.
- To assign an appropriate Counsellor to the Client.
- To make Counsellor services feasible and effective.
- To supervise, conduct, and regulate service delivery.
- To assess and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and timeliness of our services.
3. COOKIES
Like many online platforms, Wellbeing Advisor uses "cookies" — small data files stored on your device to help track usage and improve your experience. You may adjust your browser settings to disable or restrict cookies; however, doing so may limit the functionality of the Platform.

4. PHISHING AND ONLINE SECURITY
Identity theft and account fraud, including "phishing'', are serious concerns. Clients should exercise caution and ensure that account or sensitive personal information is entered only through the Platform's secure, official channels.
Wellbeing Advisor will never request your login credentials, passwords, or payment information via unsolicited or non-secure communication (including email, phone call, or messaging).
5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services operated independently of Wellbeing Advisor. Clicking on such links will direct you to those external sites. The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with that third party, nor agreement with their privacy or security practices.
The Company has no control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their content,terms, or privacy policies. We encourage Clients to review the privacy policies of any external sites they visit.
6. SECURITY
While no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, Wellbeing Advisor's systems, infrastructure, encryption technologies, operations, and processes are designed, implemented,and maintained with Client security and privacy as a priority.
We employ industry standards and best practices aligned with applicable international and Nepali data privacy laws and regulations to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Client data.
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Wellbeing Advisor may engage third-party companies and individuals to support Platform operations or provide specific services, including:
- Customer support and technical maintenance
- Email management and correspondence
- Data storage and management
- Billing and payment processing
- Reporting and analytics
Only the information strictly necessary for a third party to fulfil their designated function will be shared, and only after the execution of appropriate confidentiality agreements.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) without parental or guardian consent and supervision, in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Wellbeing Advisor does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13, or encourage them to register as users. If it comes to our attention that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 13, we will take prompt steps to remove such information from our records. 9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Client data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Nepal or the Client's jurisdiction. Regardless of where data is stored, it will be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions and submitting personal information, the Client consents to such international transfer of data.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
This Privacy Policy is consistent with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act and other applicable Nepali laws, which require the Company to maintain the confidentiality of personally identifiable data, health information, and data collected through electronic means.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company may be required to disclose information or take action in good faith and without restriction in the following circumstances:
- To report or respond to suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.
- Where a Client presents serious suicidal risk or risk of harm to themselves.
- Where a Client poses a credible threat of harm to another person.
- To comply with a court order requiring disclosure or presentation of treatment records.
- To prevent, detect, mitigate, or investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our Clients or the general public.
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
In the event of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, or other reorganization of the Company, Client data may be transferred to the successor entity. Such entity shall be bound by this Privacy Policy and shall not curtail any rights or protections currently afforded to Clients.
11. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) NOTICE
To the extent applicable, this Privacy Policy is consistent with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Wellbeing Advisor is committed to ensuring that Client data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Wellbeing Advisor reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent revision date is indicated at the top of this document. We encourage Clients to review this page regularly for the most current information.
Any material changes to the Privacy Policy will be notified to Clients, and the Company will not apply new uses of previously collected information without first informing Clients or providing them the opportunity to opt out.
