- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Update your account details promptly if they change.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5.1 Appointments (Online & In-Person)
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment by contacting wellbeingadvisor.26@gmail.com or +9779767001846.
- Rescheduling may be done a maximum of two (2) times per original booking.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as consumed and no refund shall be provided.
- For package bookings, only the missed session is consumed; remaining sessions remain valid.
- The Company or Counsellor may reschedule due to unavoidable personal or technical circumstances, in which case you may accept the rescheduled time or request a refund.
5.2 Payment
The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:
- Cash (for in-person sessions)
- Mobile Banking
- FonePay
- Debit / Credit Cards
- Any other electronic payment method introduced by Wellbeing Advisor in the future
All payment records shall be maintained by the Company. We are not liable for any losses arising from failed, declined, or fraudulent transactions through third-party payment providers.Payment services offered via the Platform do not constitute a banking or financial service.The Company reserves the right to revise service fees at any time, with immediate effect. Fee changes do not apply to services for which advance payment has already been received.
5.3 Refund Policy
The following general refund conditions apply:
- Rescheduling (not refund) is available if notified at least 48 hours in advance, up to two times per booking.
- If a Counsellor is unable to attend a session due to unavoidable personal or technical circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- If you are dissatisfied with your first session, you may be matched with a different Counsellor at no additional charge. However, notes from previous sessions are not transferable, and sessions with the new Counsellor will begin from the start.
- For situations not covered above, you may contact us at wellbeingadvisor.26@gmail.com. Wellbeing Advisor is not obligated to issue a refund but may do so at the Company's discretion based on careful review of your circumstances.
Please note: Therapy is a process that takes time. Our Counsellors are trained professionals committed to supporting your wellbeing. We encourage patience and trust in the therapeutic process.
6. OWNERSHIP OF THE PLATFORM
All content on the Platform — including graphics, logos, scripts, service names, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Wellbeing Advisor Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce,distribute, modify, or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from the Company.
The Wellbeing Advisor name and logo are trademarks of the Company and may not be usedwithout explicit written consent.
7. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND CONDUCT
7.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to post, transmit, or share any content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Platform without authorisation.
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.
- Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its servers.
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
- Harvesting personally identifiable information from the Platform.
- Using the Platform for unauthorised commercial purposes.
- Bypassing any security or access restriction mechanisms of the Platform.
7.2 User Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or post on or through the Platform (''User Content''). The Company does not claim ownership over User Content but reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion without prior notice.
You agree not to post User Content that:
- Creates a risk of harm, injury, death, or distress to any person or animal.
- Exploits, harms, or seeks to harm minors in any way.
- Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Contains information you are not legally permitted to share.
The Company acts only as a passive conduit for User Content and accepts no responsibility for content posted by Users. You may be held legally liable for User Content that violates these Terms.
8. DISCLAIMERS
The Company does not control or direct the expert advice or services provided by Counsellors during sessions. Any information or guidance provided by Counsellors through the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for in-person examination by a licensed medical or mental health professional.
You acknowledge that although Counsellors may be qualified professionals, the Company disclaims all liability for the consultation or therapy services they provide. You take full responsibility for your decision to access and continue receiving services through the Platform.
The Platform is NOT designed for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, please immediately contact the nearest hospital or healthcare provider.

Your use of information on the Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Company is not engaged in the practice of medicine or the provision of medical care.
9. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
While the Company employs best-effort security practices to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never circumvent our security measures. You acknowledge that providing personal information online carries inherent risk.
10. WARRANTY
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company provides no warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any content downloaded from the Platform is downloaded at your own risk.
The Company does warrant that background checks and appropriate verifications are conducted on all Counsellors associated with the Platform, and endorses their qualifications and credentials for the purposes of service delivery.
11. EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Platform may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical failures. The Company is not responsible for User Content posted on the Platform and has no obligation to pre-screen or remove it — though we reserve the right to do so.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.We may permanently or temporarily terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. TERMINATION
We may, without prior notice, immediately terminate these Terms or revoke any rights granted to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations (including payment obligations) arising prior to the date of termination.
If you are dissatisfied with the Platform or any of these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
13. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any Linked Sites. Your use of Linked Sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellbeing Advisor Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and conduct in connection with the Platform and its Services.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. The courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
17. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Survival
Any provisions that by their nature should survive the termination of these Terms — including confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply after termination.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that party's right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
