We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Counsellors and Therapists to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individual and group counselling sessions, both online and in-person, supporting clients across a range of mental health concerns. As a frontline representative of Wellbeing Advisor's mission, you will play a central role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct individual, couple, and/or group counselling sessions (online and in-person).
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored therapeutic care plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential session notes and client records.
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.
- Uphold professional ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Contribute to awareness campaigns and community outreach programmes as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Freshers and trainees are encouraged to apply — mentorship and supervision will be provided.
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
- Basic computer literacy for managing online sessions and digital records.
- Fluency in Nepali; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
